Description
The course will review the historical antecedents, background, time and place of the Lord’s ministry as described in the major themes of the four Gospels and the book of Acts. Included will be the study of the circumstances surrounding their formation. Material from selected church fathers relevant to the Gospels and Acts will be examined. The modern historical critical approach to these books will also be critiqued.
